Notes: - White Labs UltraFerm will be added to fermentors - yeast attenuation has been adjusted to 100% to account for this.
- As fermentation slows, add dry hops and raise temp slowly to 70°F to encourage full, clean attenuation
- Dry hop during active fermentation (2 days in) and leave in fermentors for duration (approx 5 total days) | Split dry hop addition evenly between the two fermentors
- One fermentor will have 1 oz. dried hibiscus added (will update method whether it's a tea addition or dry hop) |
