0.33 oz Bravo, 15% a.a. @ 60 min
0.75 oz. Citra, 11% a.a., @ 20 min
1.75 oz. Citra, 11% a.a., @ 15 min
2.5 oz. Citra, 11% a.a., @ 5 min
1.75 oz. Citra, 11% a.a., @ 0 min
2.0 oz. Citra Cryo Hops, 25% a.a., dry hop 2 days
Imperial Yeast - A24 Dry Hop
Additional Ingredients
0.5 tsp. yeast nutrient 1 tbsp Irish moss 1 tbsp gelatin

Directions
Single infusion mash at 150° F, boil for 60 mins. Whirlpool for 20 mins, chill to 70° F and pitch yeast. Ferment at 70° F. On day 7, add dry hops. After two days cold crash, fine with gelatin, cold crash 2 more days. Keg and force carbonate to 2.25 vol. CO2. |
