Notes: 3 Vanilla Beans and 7 ounces of coffee beans soaked in bourbon for 1 day then added to fermenter one week before bottling.
Teaspoon of gypsum and 1 1/2 teaspoons of calcium chloride per 5 gallons. Also probably need to start with 12 1/2 gallons. So 2 1/2 teaspoons of gypsum total and three and three-quarter teaspoons of calcium chloride total for the 12.5 gallons
