Notes: Added dry hops on day 4 when fermentation had slowed down significantly but was still active. Swirled carboy a few times over the next few days. Hops floating in co2 foam. Hops fell after 4 days. Bottled on day 11. Added slightly rounded 1/2 tsp table sugar to each 12 oz. bottle and used auto siphon with bottling wand directly from primary. No cold crashing. Only removed air lock once to add dry hops.
