Notes: chop 2 chipotle peppers in coffee grinder. Add to 16 oz. vodka to make tincture in mason jar. let sit for 2 weeks.
Use .5 cup of tincture/ 5 gallons for beer.
Add tincture to bottom of Keg and rack brew onto it.
6lb LME and 2 lb DME addition at 60 min.
3 lbs amber LME and 2 lbs Lactose addition at 15 minutes
Whirlfock tab addition at 10 min.
Add 2 White Oak Spirals to Bourbon of choice. Add to Keg and float for 1 week prior to serving.
Add 8 oz of Bourbon of choice to keg if needed. |
