* 7% ABV, 76 IBU (measured FG in actual Trickster - 1.010)
* 2 lbs Simcoe and El Dorado per barrel for dry hopping (5.2 oz / 5 gal, 145 g / 5 gal) 8/19/18 - ~ 5 oz std dry hops (Lupilin pellet counts double)
* Mosaic added
* Combined mid-level boil hop additions to save money and reduce kettle trub
Modified recipe to a partial mash including 2-row, crystal 20 L, and carapils in 1.5 qt/lb water at 153-155° F for 60 minutes.
Rehydrate (2) pkg US-05 yeast.
Ferment at 65° F for 3 days, then ramp to 70F over 3 days. Finish at 70F before cold crashing. |
