Add 1.0 lbs Extra light DME and 2 cups cane sugar to H20. Steep 6-row malt and flaked maize in the pot while bringing to a boil. At boil, remove grains and maize. Add 1 oz Perle hops. Boil for 30 minutes. Add 0.5 oz Styrian Goldings hops. Add 6.6 lbs Pilsen light LME. Add 1 tsp Irish Moss. Return to boil and boil 15 minutes. Add 0.5 oz Stryian Goldings hops and boil for 2 minutes.
