Notes: This makes a nice and crisp base beer. I have splitted it in two fermentor and added 4oz of hops pellets to dry hop (galaxy & hull melon) for 5 days. The resulting beers were great and refreshing.
Notes:
- My beer tend to finish very dry, I've updated my previous mash target for strike water from 150°F to 154°F to favor more unfermentable sugar.
- There is a custom yeast attenuation to reflect the latest Final gravity results until the perfect mash temperature is found. |
