All grain brewer using grainfather brewing equipment. I keg as I don’t like bottling, too much work. I have a blichman quick carb that I use for carbonation and a 1 micron filter that I use at kegging. Three kegerators that will hold multiple carney kegs.
Mostly ales and wheat and an occasional fruit beer, not into IPA’s. I have a vanilla creamcycle ale in the fermenter now, it has sweet orange peel, lactose and will get some vanilla extract at kegging
