Dark Chocolate Malt is a highly roasted 2 row barley which imparts rich smooth coffee flavors and deep brown color to your Porters, Stouts, Brown Ales, and Dunkels. Versatile, it can be used in small amounts in lighter styles to impart a rich brown color.

Contributing sweet pronounced caramel flavors to your beer, 2 Row Caramel 60L is a medium crystal malt made with 2-row barley. It imbues a deep gold and reddish hue while improving body and head retention. The more you use the more depth of color and caramel flavors come out, so us this at max 15% of your overall grain bill. Substantially less for a balanced Pilsner.

These hops are a cross between New Zealand (2/3) and Saazer (1/3) breeding selections. The main use of Motueka is for aroma, with a strong note of lemon lime and tones of tropical fruit. Some hops that display similar characteristics are Saaz and Sterling, and they are most commonly used in ales. These hops provide both unique aroma and flavor from the beginning additions of your boil to the end.

New Zealand Pacifica Hops are known for their Organe Marmlade/Citrus qualities. It's parentage is German Hallertau Hops, so what's the big difference? Hemisphere. Aside from that they are pretty dang similar.

Safale S-04 Beer Yeast is a popular ale strain as it naturally bottom ferments. It also provides clarity to your finished beer as it tightly compacts at the bottom of your fermenter. 

Recommended Use: Temperature: 54°-77° F. Expect moderate flocculation and attenuation.
