Developed in Cambridge by Dr.Bell, Pale Maris Otter is 2 row winter barley perfect for British Ales. Developed in order to preserve the traditional flavors found in British Ales of all sorts Pale Maris Otter offer a rich, slightly nutty flavor with an orange tinted wort.

Red Wheat Malt is a high quality North American Winter wheat. It's a pale wheat the lends a sweet malty flavor and bit of tartness with notes of fruitiness. This is a high protein malt so it will add quite a bit of body to your beer while also aiding in head retention and forestation. These small hard kernels are perfect for any wheat style beer,

Created at Yakima Chief Ranches, this hop provides both bittering and hop aromas and improves the flavoring of other hops while producing a mellow pine and citrus flavor. This hop is great in American Ales and IPAs.

Mosaic Hop Pellets (also known as HBS 369) came into the brewing world by storm in 2012 and has become a favorite of brewers around the globe. Mosaic hops are known for their complex aroma and flavors. Often compared to Citra hops, as it has similar alpha content with a great oil profile. They are the "daughter" of Simcoe hops and male Nugget hops. 

With it's exotic, fruity characteristics, we recommend these hop pellets for your American-style IPAs, saisons, wheats, and Brettanomyces-fermented beers.

This New Zealend Hop is great in Pale Ales and Lagers. Deriving it's name from Sauvignon Blanc, the taste profile most recognized when using this hop, Nelson Sauvin hops have a distinct fruitiness and white wine quality.
