American styles especially bring out it's mild and sweet low key qualities and it's herbal/fruit profiles providing a fresh oregano, ginger, rosemary, and lemon candy flavors to your finished brew.

Palisade Hop Pellets have characteristics of apricot, grass, and floral. These hops are popular for their aromatic and moderate bittering qualities, and are typically used in English-style ales. Typical alpha acid: 5.5% to 9.5%.

Created at Yakima Chief Ranches, this hop provides both bittering and hop aromas and improves the flavoring of other hops while producing a mellow pine and citrus flavor. This hop is great in American Ales and IPAs.
