White wheat malt is one of the many taste of spring. Softer than red wheat and easier to mill, White Wheat Malt is one of the malts adding the characteristic haze you find in Belgian White Beers, and wheat beers.

Weyermann CaraWheat is about as caramelized in terms of malts as you can get. Superior quality drum roasted German wheat, this malt adds a creamy body, and color to your beer. Somewhat phenolic what flavors make it's way through with hints of almond, caramel, and biscuit.

With a high alpha acid percentage that is guaranteed to go well with your All-American Big Beer, you can't beat the Apollo hop. Huge bitterness with orangey citrus flavors, this hop will be great in any IPA or American Ale.

Rakau is truly a dual-purpose hop. Its high alpha acid content delivers a soft bitterness, while it also offers tropical aromas of passionfruit and peach. Rakau is versatile and performs well in a wide range of styles, but it's especially recommended for use in hop-forward beers like pale ales and IPAs.

Coming from our brewing friends down under, the Galaxy Hop is a frequently used as a late addition due to it's gentle citrus and passion fruit notes. With intense grassy qualities this is a pungent hop.

Chondrus crispus, otherwise known as Irish Moss, is a carrageen seaweed used to clear beer and combat chill haze without the use of a filter. It promotes protein coagulation speed and is added to your boil 15 minutes before completion. Be sure to hydrate for at least 15 minutes before use.
