Aromatic Kiln is a strong malt by most measures. Providing a strong malt aroma and deep malt coloring as a product of it's kilning you can use Aromatic Kiln for up to 30% of your grain bill, but it is on the low side of diastatic enzymes (one of the enzymes converting starches into sugars so the yeast can convert those sugars to booze!) so most prefer to use it as a specialty malt aiding in styles like Ambers and Reds to get the darker coloration.

Owing it's origins to a land race variety, the Noble Czech Saaz Hop has been a part of brewing tradition since it was first cultivated in the Czech Republic. Full of the classic flavors found in noble hops, is has a soft, refined spice and herbal flavor. Use this in Bohemian Pilsners, Belgian Ales, Farm House Ales, and Lambics. This is the hop that provides Pilsner Urquell it's unique flavor.

This yeast loves booze. Loves it. With an alcohol tolerance of up to 15% you can brew all the big bad beers you want to and not have to worry if these yeast can handle it. Lightly fruity, look to use this yeast in Belgians, Dubbels, Trippels, and any beer where you're knocking up the ABV.
