Denali Hops (formerly known as Hopsteiner #06277 & Nuggetzilla) is a high impact strain that has a big aroma which imparts pineapple flavors and notes of citrus and pine (you may get a “juicy fruit” character). It has become very popular with brewers who are looking for a distinct, big flavor in their recipes.
Denali hops have an unusually high essential oil content averaging more than 4 grams of oil/100 grams of raw hops. They also have a fairly low co-humulone providing smooth bittering properties.

A newer hop from the Hop Breeding Company that has been getting a lot of brewers talking, and it seems to be quickly turning into a lot of hop head's new favorite. It's described as having a pronounced aroma profile with citrus, tropical fruit, floral and herbal characteristics. Some more specific descriptors include lemon, lime, papaya, apple, and green pepper.

Originating from a traditional London brewery, this yeast has a wonderful malt and hop profile. It is a true top cropping strain with a fruity, very light and softly balanced palate. This strain will finish slightly sweet.
