Contributing sweet pronounced caramel flavors to your beer, 2 Row Caramel 60L is a medium crystal malt made with 2-row barley. It imbues a deep gold and reddish hue while improving body and head retention. The more you use the more depth of color and caramel flavors come out, so us this at max 15% of your overall grain bill. Substantially less for a balanced Pilsner.

Carafa Type 2 (de-husked) is a top quality spring barley that's roasted sans husk to keep the astringent qualities of this malt to a minimum. Great in smaller amounts as a color addition, use this in most any dark beer to add great coffee and cocoa flavor and color.

Mosaic Hop Pellets (also known as HBS 369) came into the brewing world by storm in 2012 and has become a favorite of brewers around the globe. Mosaic hops are known for their complex aroma and flavors. Often compared to Citra hops, as it has similar alpha content with a great oil profile. They are the "daughter" of Simcoe hops and male Nugget hops. 

With it's exotic, fruity characteristics, we recommend these hop pellets for your American-style IPAs, saisons, wheats, and Brettanomyces-fermented beers.
