6 Row Malt is great for any beer and style where you're using a lot of specialty malts, adjuncts, and wheat malts as they lack the enzymatic power themselves. A lightly colored base malt blended from several American 6-Row varieties, and keep in mind that using large amounts of 6 Row Malt may require a protein rest in mashing.

Want to improve the head of your beer without changing taste, color, or aroma? Use 2 Row Carapils Malt for up to 5% of your grain bill and it will do just that. Totally devoid of enzymes, steep it in hot water or mash it in.

This flaked corn comes pre-gelatinized, and the starch content will contribute to the alcohol, but little flavor. Flaked corn imparts a roundness, sparkling, golden quality to your brews.

The German Perle hop was originally released in 1978 the same year brewing became legal in the United States. Due to a clerical omission wine making had been legal for sometime, but not beer. Fact! 

Perle hops offer a sweet, slightly fruity, slightly spicey aroma and flavor.

One of the noble German Hops to lend it's qualities to continental lagers and European Ales, the Hallertau Mittelfruh Hop enjoys world renown for it's elegant, sweet and earthy aromas merged with a harmonic bitterness.

A daughter of Cascade, this hop was bred specifically for the needs of the American Craft Beer scene. Less dank than it's cousins, the clean profile of this hop truly shines when added as a whirlpool and//or dry hop addition.
