Safbrew WB-06 Dry Beer Yeast is perfect for brewing wheat beers and weizens. It has a subtle aroma of bananas and cloves (estery). Safbrew WB-06 Dry Beer Yeast stays in the suspension providing the traditional wheat beer look. 

Usage: Temperature: 64°-75° F. Expect high attenuation and low flocculation.
