Created at Yakima Chief Ranches, this hop provides both bittering and hop aromas and improves the flavoring of other hops while producing a mellow pine and citrus flavor. This hop is great in American Ales and IPAs.

A standard for craft and home brewing, the Imperial Flagship yeast is an extremely versatile strain that know for its clean and crisp characteristics. This strain ferments well at normal ale temperatures, but can be product more crispness if fermented at lower temps (60 F). It has medium range flocculation levels and will usually require filtration or fining to product crystal clear beer.
