6 Row Malt is great for any beer and style where you're using a lot of specialty malts, adjuncts, and wheat malts as they lack the enzymatic power themselves. Magnum is a bittering/aroma type cultivar, bred in 1980 at Huell, the German Hop Research Instititute, from the American variety Galena and the German male 75/5/3. (alpha acid: 10.0-12.6% / beta acid: 5.0-7.0%)
Coming from our brewing friends down under, the Galaxy Hop is a frequently used as a late addition due to it's gentle citrus and passion fruit notes. With intense grassy qualities this is a pungent hop.
