Carahell will increase the richness and intensify the malt aromas in German style beers. It's also a very versatile malt and can be used in pale ales, Oktoberfests, Maibocks, and Hefeweizens, but it's most commonly found in Pilsners, Wheats, and any lighter style of beer.
