2 Row Caramel 10L Malt is gently cooked during the malting process. Why? Cooking kicks off the enzymatic conversion of starches into fermentable sugars and ensures some of the sugar will survive the yeast making for a sweeter finished beer. Imparting a candy like sweetness, mild caramel tones and a golden color while improving mouth feel and retention, use this in balanced Pislner, Dark Ales, Porters or Stouts.

Vienna Malt is a kiln-dried barley malt that's darker than pale ale malt, but not quite as dark as Munich Malt for example. It adds a golden color and a toasty or biscuity malt aroma to the beer and is used in a variety of styles from dark to light ales and even lagers.

White wheat malt is one of the many taste of spring. Softer than red wheat and easier to mill, White Wheat Malt is one of the malts adding the characteristic haze you find in Belgian White Beers, and wheat beers.

White Labs German Ale/Kölsch Yeast as the name indicates is great for fermenting German Ales. Able to bring out the titular qualities of Blonde and Honey ales, this yeast finishes super clean leaving a lager type ale for you to enjoy. 

From a small brewpub in Cologne, Germany, this yeast works great in Kölsch and Alt style beers. Good for light beers like blonde and honey ales. Accentuates hop flavors, similar to WLP001. The slight sulfur produced during fermentation will disappear with age and leave a super clean, lager-like ale. General Info
