Spalter hops are a descendant of noble hops that provide a floral, hoppy character with notes of spice and ripe berry. They are most commonly used for traditional lagers, cold-fermented ales, Weissbier and Belgian-style ales.

Safbrew S-33 Beer Yeast provides excellent attenuation with a floral/fruity taste and high alcohol content (11.5%). Known for providing consistent results, it's great for use in Ales, Belgian Wheats and Trappist Ales.

Recommended Use: Temperature: 59°-68° F. Expect moderate attenuation and low flocculation.
