Cooked during the malting process which crystallizes the sugars and makes for a sweeter finished beer, 2 Row Caramel 40L Malt light crystal malt is made with 2-row barley, and adds a deep golden color with mild caramel and toffee flavors.

UK Challenger Hops are a dual purpose hop variety owing it's lineage to Northern Brewer Hops. Used for bittering as it has a spicy, woody aroma and flavor, look to use these hops in English Ales, some styles of American IPAs, as well as early/late kettle hopping.

German Northern Brewer Hops Pellets are an English bred offspring of Brewer's Gold with some ancestry from American Wild Hops. In Germany it's known primarily as a bittering hop but it is dual purpose aiding in hop aroma as well. 

This hop defines the term "Hoppy".

The Juice strain from Imperial is an excellent choice for East Coast IPA's because the ester profile really complements the newer and experimental hops that are commonly use for these ales. This strain is very active so we recommend using a blow-off tube if you have less than optimal head space in your fermenter.
