This flaked corn comes pre-gelatinized, and the starch content will contribute to the alcohol, but little flavor. Flaked corn imparts a roundness, sparkling, golden quality to your brews.

With this mineral you are able to increase the calcium and hardens of the water you are adding to. Calcium will also lower the mash PH making this very useful for brewers that use distilled water.

We recomend 1 teaspoon per 5 gal.

This blend of Lager and Ale strains creates a light, crisp, smooth American Lager style Ale. Hop bitterness and flavors are subdued, creating a smooth, easy-drinking "lawnmower beer".
