White Sorghum Syrup is a concentrated wort made with 100% white sorghum grain. This 3.3lb cannister is made using an all-natural, enzyme-based brewing process giving it the proteins and amino acids needed for yeast nutrients, head retention, head formation and body. A one-to-one substitution for a conventional liquid malt extract and is also gluten free and hypo-allergenic. It has a light color with a unique, mild flavoring.
