Dark Chocolate Malt is a highly roasted 2 row barley which imparts rich smooth coffee flavors and deep brown color to your Porters, Stouts, Brown Ales, and Dunkels. Versatile, it can be used in small amounts in lighter styles to impart a rich brown color.

2 Row Caramel 120L is dark. Not Tarantino dark, but still pretty dark. The more you add (up to 15%) the more burnt sugar, caramel, and raisiny and prune flavors you're going to get from it while adding a deep red color and improving body and head retention.

It is gently cooked during the malting process to produce glassy, crystallized sugars which will add sweetness to your final product.

German Northern Brewer Hops Pellets are an English bred offspring of Brewer's Gold with some ancestry from American Wild Hops. In Germany it's known primarily as a bittering hop but it is dual purpose aiding in hop aroma as well. 

This hop defines the term "Hoppy".
