Carahell Malt is a drum-roasted caramel malt made from German two-row that provides a fuller body. Carahell also adds a full, round flavor and deep saturated color. Carahell will increase the richness and intensify the malt aromas in German style beers. It's also a very versatile malt and can be used in pale ales, Oktoberfests, Maibocks, and Hefeweizens, but it's most commonly found in Pilsners, Wheats, and any lighter style of beer.
