It imbues a deep gold and reddish hue while improving body and head retention. The more you use the more depth of color and caramel flavors come out, so us this at max 15% of your overall grain bill. Substantially less for a balanced Pilsner.

Bred in 1970 from Early Green, Brewer’s Gold, and Canterbury Golding Hops, US Nugget Hops are one of the most widely cultivated varieties in the Oregon hopyards. A duel purpose hop lending bitterness and aroma to your beer this hop is great in any beer where bitterness is a primary component. American styles especially bring out it's mild and sweet low key qualities and it's herbal/fruit profiles providing a fresh oregano, ginger, rosemary, and lemon candy flavors to your finished brew.

US Cluster Hops are one of the oldest American hop varieties. Formerly accounting for the bulk of the hops grown in the US, it has given way to other hops as we expand our beer needs but it is still a must have hop for anyone looking to recreate traditional American Lager styles.
Cultivated from the Dutch and British settlers from indigenous hops, this is a strong and very underrated hop. Being duel purpose it serves to both bitter and provide hop aroma to your brew.
Flavor Profile
Wyeast American Ale II 1272 Yeast is one of the more versatile yeast strains. Ferment at warmer temperatures to accentuate hop character with an increased fruitiness, or ferment at cooler temperatures for a clean, light citrus quality. Expect hints of nut, and a slightly tart finish.
