Notes

Fresh pack of yeast sprinkled right into the fermentor.

Brewed 5/20/15. Sat in primary for 5 weeks,then kegged (no secondary,no cold crash)and stored in garage; drew a gallon tonight (7/17) to force carbonate. Tossed only about 10 ounces before it poured clear.

Enjoying the hell out of this one as I add these notes, but truth be told, I'm not all that picky.
