Target Water Profile
Edinburgh (Scottish Ale, Malty Ale)

Good , easy and strong ale
Recomend 02 in wort and 17c frem temp for 16days
Increase to 20 in last 5days while dryhop 100g Citra
You can increase hops to turn it into an IPA/DIPA, but for a maltheavy but crisp heavy ale , This is a good beer. Hides abv quite well. Dangerous because it could be mistaken for a session ale
