It's a lot of Saaz but luckily Saaz is not one of the priciest hops around and there is no indication anywhere that Pilsner Urquell themselves use any other hops besides Saaz.

Colorwise it's difficult to get the exact correct color unless you use a lot more vienna or even munich malt. Pilsner Urquell produces their own floor-malted barley and as such it might be difficult to find pilsner-malt at the right EBC at your LHBS. Using too much Vienna or Munich just for the sake of color will make your beer sweeter and thus more "bavarian", which isn't desired in a fairly dry czech pilsner.
