Notes

I have a grocery bag full of hops from a friend's garden. No idea what kind, so I'm going to assume Cascade for now because the variety is so abundant and hearty in the area. I've been wanting to do something strong anyway, so this would be a good opportunity to use the hops in a manner that is not too sensitive if I'm off on my guess as to their acid strength.
