Notes

Add first Hibiscus portion during boil, with 10 minutes remaining. Add second Hibiscus portion during secondary, as a tea, steeping the hibiscus in hot water first then adding the entire mix into the beer.

Look for a Belgian yeast that has clove/banana characteristics.
