Notes

Brewday: 9/26/15 flying solo

Ended up with about a gallon too much. I need to start with less on my stovetop. It's just doesn't have enough BTUs.

OG was much closer to 1.054

Racked to 2ndary on 10/14. Tasted good

Dry hopped on 10/18 with 5 oz of citrus dankfest

Bottled at 2.2 volumes CO2 (3.4 oz sugar in 4.8 gallons)
