Palisade (0.6g/L) features complex floral, herbal and grassy aromas in addition to flavors of nectar fruits and citrus.

Sterling (0.6g/L) is the result of a mix of Saaz, Cascade, Early Green, Brewer’s Gold and another, unknown variety. Used late in the boil it brings floral, citrus, noble and spicy characteristics.

The end result is a crisp, smoothly bittered Pale Ale that is super easy to drink.
