Notes

Eastblock pilsner/lager.
Mashed, 60-63,63-63,63-67, a little unstable some times as I mash on gass...
Ukraine Hops, strong beer, and great taste!

4 packs of yeast, hydrated in the beginning of brew process... the earlier the better they say..

Ferment on 10 Deg. C. for 4 weeks, that's what i use as fermenting time/temp..
then I CC for a week.
