Starting Mash Thickness:

Notes
Mash - Add 1.25qts/lb = 3.6 gallons of water for mash. Heat 3.6 gallons of strike water to 172 degrees to get mash at 155 degrees for 60 minutes.
Strike Water - Will lose .5qts/lb of grain = 1.4375 gallons. Which leaves me with about 2.1625 gallons of wort.
Sparge Water - Will need 4 gallons of sparge water to equal 6 gallons pre boil. Heat sparge water to 165-170 degrees but not over 170.
Brewed on 2/7/2016 - OG was slightly lower than expected at 1.055, fermented at 62 degrees for 2 weeks and measured FG @ 1.010 which gives me a 5.91%ABV. Dry hopped on 2/20/2016.
1 oz Centennial @ First Wort
1 oz Centennial + 2 oz Citra @ 10 Minutes
1 oz Citra + 1 oz Cascade at Flame Out
Dry Hop with 1 oz Citra + 1 oz Cascade + 1 oz Centennial
