Chauffer 17.5L. eau à 74c
Mash à 66c pendant 60 min.
Ajout 2L. eau bouillante, brasser et attendre 10 min. couvercle fermé
soutirer 2L. recirculer puis runoff pour obtenir 13L.
Chauffer à 85c 13L. eau de rinçage
Verser et brasser puis attendre 15 min. couvercle fermé
Ouvrir et brasser de nouveau puis recirculer 2L.
puis soutirer vers boil kettle
Bouillir pendant 60 min.
Refroidir counterflow chiller
levure sèche Safale-05 (1,5 sachet) dilué dans 200ml. eau pré bouilli
Après fermentation primaire soutirer dans une autre tourie et Dry hop dans coton stérilisé 4 jours
cold crash 2 jours et keger
