8/25/17 Good bitterness and flavor but I think the 3.75lbs of dark Munich is to much...maybe light Munich or less dark munich
11/26/17 swapped for lite Munich. 1 week in keg and bitterness is pretty harsh. Dry hopped 1 batch with Huell Melon which I think are adding a bad taste.
