Target Water Profile
Light colored and hoppy
Notes
We made a Double IPA and targeted for a big fruity aroma. We wanted a simple grain bill to accentuate the hops that we are putting in this beer. we are using bravo for a nice clean bitterness in the beginning of boil. then we are using lotus at a 5 minute addition and a dryhop addition. we picked a water profile to also helps accentuate the hops in this DIPA. we are expecting big tropical aroma and flavor in this beer. we hit all mark for the profile of the beer as well.
