| My Beer: Brewing snowflake beer. Always experimenting with new varieties of hops, yeast, and grains. At least 4 beers on tap with plenty in storage. Not a sour brewer, mainly concentrating my brewing efforts on most English, German and American beer styles. |
| My Brewing: Brewing with a 30 gallon Blichmann Top Tier system. Recently added the Tower of Power to help maintain my mash profile in the brewery. Currently investigating water salt additions that impact mash and final beer profiles. |
